Description
Each bag has been finned with just the perfect amount so the rice distributes well when using it in different positions.
Heat it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and use for aches and pains. Great for sore muscles, cold feet, stomach aches, or mensural cramping.
Cool in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and use for sore muscles, swelling, and general injury care.
Spot clean only. Do not get wet.
